1. Price

In order to protect both parties benefits, for long-term supply agreement, we do LME (London Metals Exchange ) price on date of shipment. ( LME price website: /en-gb/metals/non-ferrous/copper/ )

Monthly average for the 30 days before the contract is signed. Supposing contract is signed on 30 April. Then average price for April is paid by LC Plus or minus any change on date of shipment.

Take 500MT Copper Cathode trial order as example, Suppose LC for $4 million and on shipment date actual LME price makes the amount to be $4.1million,then we will not send you the BL and other documents until you pay the balance $0.1m.Suppose LC is for $4 million and actual shipment price is $3.9. Then bank will only pay $3.9million and you won't lose money.

2. Payment Terms: 100% irrevocable L/C from 1st class bank

3. What is quantity we can supply?

We have capacity of 5000T per month. Whoever signs contract and makes the LC first we will deal with. No need to take full 5000MT. Can take 500T or 1000T etc. Best if contract for 6-12 months fixed.

4. Lead time:

The stock position is changing everyday. Best is to take one trial shipment first. Be satisfied with all things

then make 6-12 months monthly contract. Then, after the waiting for first monthly shipment, the next shipments continue each month without waiting time.

5. MOQ

Minimum we will accept will be 500T -usually for trial shipment so buyer can be comfortable that they can trust etc before going to bigger contract monthly quantity.

6. Can you supply SGS certificate for eatch batch shipment?

Before loading on the ship SGS or other similar gloabl top inspection company will open each container, take sample and in 2-3 days confirm if the quality meets the minimum LME Grade A standard. If any container does not meet the standard, that container is removed and not shipped.
