Fertilizer Ball Granulating Machine
Organic fertilizer (biological) ball granulation machines The series of machines are suitable for the following granulations.
1. The organic fertilizers with turfs, lignite, sludges of organic fertilizes and straws as materials can be made into granules;
2. Organic fertilizers or organic compound fertilizer granulations with chicken manure (animal manure) as materials;
3. Cake fertilizer granulations with bean cakes as the main materials;
4. Organic fertilizer granulations with residues of urban rubbish or sewage treatment plants as materials. Features:
Wood pellet mill makes 1-2ton/h 2-15mm biomass and fertilizer pellets from sawdust, stalk, straw, sun flower, rice husk, manure
Our flat die pellet mill with three rollers high technic is totally from Germany, which is China unique national patent. It can press 2-15mm diameter biomass fuel and fertilizer pellets from sawdust, agricultural stalk, rice husk, coffee husk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower, palm shell or fiber, animal excrement and so on.
Standing from ring die and two rollers is that we invent three rollers, adding one more roller can make bearing enlarged, bearing more pressure and avoiding oil leakage. In this way, ring die and two rollers can not compare. With pressure increased, friction is reduced, so machine life will be longer. Besides, key parts are made by our CNC system, which is high precision and quality. So our pellet mill can ensure the pellets high density and pressing efficiency.
Standing out from other supplier is that flat die pellet mill added automatical lubricated rollers, gear and vertical shaft systems. The hydraulic pump can adjust the rollers and flat die pressure automatically. The technic is unique and more convenient to operate.
