Specification:
1. Refrigeration system: Compressor, condenser, evaporator, refrigerant.
-- condensing unit: Bitzer, copeland, maneurop, fusheng.
2. Electric system: Siemens and schneider electric components or others.
3. Insulation panel: Use 100%polyurethane insulation panel, density about38~46kg/m3, with gasket, with flame retardant.
Panel thickness: 100mm~200mm, standard width of panel is 980mm
1). Material: Pu, metal sheet.
2). Metal sheet: Painted steel sheet, stainless steel sheet, or other.
3). Thickness of panel: 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 200mm etc.
Thickness of cold storage panel and temperature application.
50mm panel temperature 5°c or above
75mm panel temperature -5°c or above
100mm panel temperature -5'c~-25°c or above
150mm panel temperature -18'c~-45°c or above
200mm panel temperature -55°c or above
Cold storage door:
1). Swing door and sliding door for choice.
2). Swing door: Manual opened, automatic, etc.
3). Door board made with special pressing technology pu material.
4). Door frame: Color steel or stainless steel.
5). Surface material: Color steel or stainless steel with protecting film.
