1.Good corrosion resistance
Needless of cathode antisepticise protection or other antisepticise measure.It can not bring second pollution to water and other medium.Service life of the production is long.
2.Light
The pipeline's weight only occupies 1/4 weight of the spheroidal pipeline with the same specification and length.1/6 of the cement pipelines transportation loading and unloading is convenient.It is easy to install.
3.Long length of the single pipeline
So it can reduce the junction of the pipeline,accelerate the speed of installation.and improve the quality of entire pipeline.
4.Smooth inner wall
It can reduce the flow resistance,increase the speed of flow and reduce the energy consumption.To transport the same flux liqud with smaller caliber pipeline can increase about current capacity 10% compared to the steel pipeline with same specification.Does not fouling the does not reudce the flow speed for long time.
5.Adopt anticorrosive quick-acting junction
The coupling uses the double "O" gromment to do bell and spigot joint.It is easy to install,good sealing and corrosion resistance.Junction may regulate the pipeline's direction with 3° scope.
ypes of Pipe Joints
1.Spigot-and-socket joint with double "O" ring.
It is well suited to high-pressures in buried line and enables pressure testing to be carried out with one joint.
2.Double "O" ring joint with nylon rod locked.
It is mainly used in pipeline with strong axial pulling force such as deep well pipe.
3.Flange joint
It is used for medium and low pressure pipeline and connection of equipment.The flange can be made according to any of HGJBGBDINNFJIS standard.
4.Butt joint
It is used with high and low pressure pipeline,also for the connection of fittings.Sizes L and T are depended on the working conditions.
5.Spigot-and-socket joint with cementation
Suitable for pipeline under conditions of high pressure and comples loads.
