1.The introduction of air flow sawdust dryer
Air-flow type Sawdust Dryer is easy operation, high efficiendy and easily control of sawdust drying degree.
Hot airflow type drier, also called pipeline type drier, high hot airflow speed, fully mixing of airflow and materials, big drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying capacity.
Moisture in the raw mateials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production.

3.Working Principle of hot air-flow Dryer
1).First, the wet materials are put into the hopper.Then the fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhausted blower (draft fan) quickly.
2).Thehot air is going though the curving pipes, thus wet materials can get fully dried during the drying process.
3).After the wet materials get dried, the dried materials are expelled out by the exhausted blower.
4.Application of the machine
Be used to dry slag, clay, limestone, It is mainly used for cement, chemical, metallurgical,
building materials industries.
5. Functions and usage of the charcoal machinery
1.Use the wood crusher to crush wood into sawdust;
2.Use the sawdust dryer to take out the moisture of sawdust;
3.Use the Sawdust Forming Machine to press sawdust into stick;
4.Use the wood charcoal bake stove to bake the stick into charcoal;
5.Then use the wood crusher again to break the charcoal into powder;
6.Use the powder molding machine to press the charcoal powder into all kinds of shape(you can c.stom many kinds of mould);
7.Use the packing machine to package the shaped charcoal.
