Product details of carbonization furnace:
This carbonization furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization.
The gas produced inside the carbonization chamber flows down through
the vertical pipes visible on the outside of the stove. These pipes deliver the gas to the firebox under the
chamber to aid combustion and continue heating the carbonization chamber from the outside.
Introduction
Carbonization furnace (gas flow type) is our newest developed products with 3 patents (200610017704.5,
200630100340.8, 200620031713.5), and adopts advanced hot air carbonizing processing technology, which
greatly increased carbonizing ratio (increased from about 88% to 99%) and shortened the carbonizing time
( from 24 hours to 6 hours), and shows the features of easy operation, higher safety, high efficiency, and energy saving.
Working principle:
1.Charcoal Stove to gas furnace for heat-grown, use of methane gas through the cyclone, with air into the burner. Combustor outlet temperature can reach to 800°C ~ 1200°C, the flow rate up to 3 to 5 meters per second, resulting in high temperature air in the combustion chamber external heating.
2.Note: during heating, furnace temperature at 100 °C ~ 150 °C maximum humidity when the furnace, per kilogram of fuel rods into the kiln, the into 4 ~ 8% water, 1700kg of raw materials can be brought more than 100 kg of water, the water were is the enemy of carbonization.
3.Because charcoal fuel rods fear damp, wet or crushed into powder, seriously affected the quality of carbonization, so the system is essential tide row key, behind tide time 1 ~ 1.5 hours.
4.When the carbonization chamber furnace temperature rose to 300 °C, the furnace produced a large number of combustible gases. In theory, per kilogram of raw materials can produce 3 cubic methane gas, the gas temperature for carbonization, drying heat source to use, free to adjust the level of furnace temperature, low temperature carbon is generally more than 400 °C (8 hours to complete), high temperature carbon above 600 °C (10 hours to complete)
