Introduction:
Coal ball briquette machine is mainly for crushing coal powder, charcoal powder, slime, middlings, coking coal, coke breeze, dusting ash, pond slob, fire coat, steel slag, iron fine power, aluminium ash powder, silicomanganese mineral powder, etc.
Production description
1. Our charcoal briquette machines series are four-roller double-pressing type. This type of briquette presses can apply higher pressures and thus produce higher density briquettes.
2. Suitable material for briquetting:Color and black metallic mine powder.Coal dust.Other powdery material.
3. Charcoal briquette machine is used for coal, coke, ore dust, iron sludge.
The machine is mainly used to make solid fuel by agro-forestry wastes. such as sawdust, wood chips, branches, crop stalks, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste, etc.under high pressure and temperature.
Working Principles
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
5. Carbonized the briquette stick
6,Finished briquette have 50MM,70MM diameter can be choice
