Advantages:
1. Camda biogas generator set are developed and researched on the base of world famous engine. 80% spare parts of diesel engine can be used for these biogas gensets. Customers can buy the parts from local agent. It greatly save maintenance cost and time.
2.For our ignition system, we use original America Altronic, the ignition time is very exact and the ignition power is big enough.
3. We research and develop the spark plug, the lifetime is more than 3000 hours, but for most Chinese spark plug, the life time is about 500-800 hours.
4. For our gas intake system, we use the world most advanced solenoid valve like German Dungs and Italian Elektrogas. These solenoid valves can open gradually and shut off in very short time, which can protect the engine very well.
5.For our speed governing system, we use the speed governor and actuator from Switzerland, this system is more stable and reliable, it can react very fast when the load increase or decrease. The German MAN gas engine also use this system.
6. We also develop and research the automatic air-fuel ratio system, it can adjust the biogas and air flow rate to the engine automatically when the methane content in the biogas change.
7. Camda made a research to the biogas engine since 2005, until 2010 we began to sell, we have strong technical support team. And our gensets have been sold all over the world.
