(1)Before installation, take out foam supports in the tube carefully. Make sure therubber ring is installed correctly on the indentation.
(2)This Flowmeter can be equipped with ABS pipe or PVC pipe by using special glue to connect. It also has flange connection or thread connection.
(3)This flowmeter should be installed vertically and be convenient to read the scale. When reading, keep the sight and the float horizontal.(General standard: the best flow to be measured should be 50%~70% of max flowrate. Try not use the maximum value.)
(4)The straight lengths of both inlet and outlet pipes connected with the flowmeter should be more than five times of the flowmeter’s length.
(5)The pressure of liquid should be stable. If the pressure of liquid is not stable, it will lead the wave of floater and cannotmeasure correctly, and a buffer or setting adjuster should be set above the flowmeter.
The flowmeter can be installed in any position without affecting the accuracy, which can be installed in horizontal or vertical piping, even upside down. Z-60, Z-65 can be equipped with upper and lower limit alarm switch.
Tips:
1.This Product can wrap with PTFE for acid water.
2.This Product can deploy with flange.
