Usage of our stone production line:
For stones with low compression strength, such as limestone, dolomite, and sandstone ,The Stone crushing and screening plant consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and electric control panel etc. for stones with high compression strength, such as basalt ,riverstone, granite, the stone production consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher ,adding impact crusher if required. We are flexible and professional enough to adjust the flowchart and designs.
The Stone crushing and screening plant applicable to power industry, building materials processing, road building, and construction industry and other fields.
Operating Principle of Stone production plant
raw materials are evenly dumped into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing. The coarsely crushed materials are conveyed to the impact crusher for further crushing (supposed raw material is soft stones) or are conveyed to the cone crusher for secondary crushing (supposed raw material is hard stone). Then, the materials are transmitted to the vibrating screen through belt conveyor and classified according to their different sizes. the qualified stones are sent to the stockpile by belt conveyor. Those unqualified stones are sent back to the impact crusher by belt conveyor and crushed again.
