Main introduction 

1. derusting machine 

The machine is close type, there have three rotary wheel inside, we could adjust it up and down, it is easier for the raw materials installation, we could put the wire rod inside, then adjust the wheels.

2. Rolling mill

The rollers’ angle should be 120°, at the same center, first rolling mill is mainly for reducing the diameter, second set of rolling mill is for making the rebar,  

4. Plate machine 

The machine is with electromagnetic motor, it offer the power for the whole line, the motor speed could be adjusting, it will change the rolling speed. 

5. stress-relieving machine 

This machine is mainly for reducing the machine hardness.

6. The wire drawing machine matches the moment type motor, the mainly spare parts is the wire wheel

Making process 

Raw materials—decoiler-derusting machine –cold rolling mill (reducing diameter)---steel plate machine(the wire is on the last(bottom) layer)—cold rolling mill(for making rebar)---steel plate machine(the wire is on the middle layer)----stress relieving machine----steel mate machine( wire on the first /up layer)----wire drawing machine or straighten machine –then cutting 

Operating rules and maintain 

1. Before operating the machine, we should check the electric equipments, three phase electricity is ok, the machine bottom and so on 

2. Check the lubrication whether is enough, the lubrication for the bearing

3. The raw materials distance should be at least 6-10mm from the derusting machine.

4.We should let the stress is suitable for the stress-relieving machine, If the stress is too big, the steel is easy to break

5. We should adjust the screw for strand line of wire diameter 

6. When stop the machine, we need to stop the wire drawing machine firstly, then stop the steel plate machine
