Machine introduction:
This production line is used for making different specification cylinder drip line products. The machine has advantages of stable production, various specification by one machine, few items of patent skills, high added value, durable and long working life. The final products, cylinder drip line, have widely application and market share because of long working life and efficient water saving.

Why choose our machine:
1. Fast production speed: 30-80m/minute
2. Different drip line specification available, just change few elements and you can produce many types.
3. Low emitter cost, 0.5g/pcs for 6mm emitter, 0.7g/pcs for 12mm emitter, 1.1g/pcs for 16mm emitter. Hydraulic performance and stable water distribution performance are better than national standard.
4. Reliable emitter sending, with spacing adjustable. The emitter can have equal distance or unequal distance with each other.
5. Italy type emitter sending unit, with rotating place of 500mm diameter, making no noise. The speed can reach 600 pcs every minute.
6. Swiss vacuum sizer and cooling channel. It is made by stainless steel, with stable operation performance.
7. Constant water surroundings for cooling the drip tape. It does good for shape forming.
8. The water is recycle used in the system, for purpose of save water, easy operation and reduce production cost.
9. Special made traction machine can prevent damage to emitter, drip line as well as the traction belt. The length is set at 700mm.
10. The accurate speedy punching requires low running cost, opposite punching position on the emitter. This part is equipped with Japanese drilling, 20000r/min. Italy drilling is optional for apply.
11. Italy technology is used for changing roll diameter, roll width in automatic winding machine. The speed ranges from 10~120m/min.
12. The extruder is placed in length direction with the production line, to save space and easy operation.
