we are the manufacture of pellet machine and the matched machines,such as the cusher, hammer mill. dryer, cooler and packing machine. We have a good achievement in the whole world, especially in Europe and Africa. The have a rich raw material for making pellets which can used for burning and feeding. No binder needer in the whole process.
Requirements of raw material:
1.Raw material: any kind of biomass material which can be wood, sawdust, rice husk etc.
2.Diameter of raw material: most suitable diameter is 3-5mm.
3.Moisture content of raw material: most suitable moisture is 8-12%
The main process:
1.crushing process:
If the diameter of your raw material is larger than 5mm, and less than 200mm, then you can use one set of crusher to reduce the the size of your materials to 3-5mm for supporting to produce pellets.
2.Drying process:
Hot air dryer will dry the crushed raw material powder and make them have a suitable moisture content 8-12% for making pellets
3.Pelleting process:
Using the pellet mill machine to compress the prepared raw material to get the fianl pellets which have high density, quality and fuel value.
4.Cooling and screening process:
Using the cooelr to low the temperature of the pellets, and then you can pack them directlty and can save man power. The cooler connected with the dust collector which can screen the dust and get the final purest pellets.
5.Packing process:
The packing machine consist of four parts, they are lifting elevator, finished product bin, packing machine and sealing and conveying system.
