Introduction of Italy customer:
Raw material: forest waste (wood branches, wood chips, wood logs)
Material moisture content : more or less than 40 %
Capacity requested: 800 kg/h
Analysis for the above information:
Firstly, it's no doubt that wood is the nice materal for producing pellets.
But forest waste can not use for producing pellets directly. Because the moisture 40% is much higher to produce pellets directly. The most suitable moisture is 15-18%.
Meanwhile, material size too big to produce pellets directly. The most suitable material size for producing pellet is 1-3MM.
