1, Introduction

Biomass burner is a multi-functional biomass pyrolysis equipment which is mainly used for boiler transformation of oil boiler, hot water boiler, steam boiler, fuel coal boiler, incinerator, drying equipment, food drying equipment, spray drying line, asphalt heating equipment, aluminum melting equipment and so on.

4, Features of Full-Automatic Biomass Burner
1 :) Low operating cost
Its operation cost is only 40% as high as the cost of the diesel oil, 50% as the heavy oil, and 30% as the natural gas.

The national generalized green renewable biomass wood pellet fuel is used, so that SO2 emission is almost zero, dust emission concentration is less than 50 mg/m3, blackness is less than ling mann I level.
3:) High thermal efficiency , strong output
Our combustion machine adopts boiling half gasification combustion and tangent spiral-flow type air distribution design, to make the biomass fuel convert and burn sufficiently, and the thermal efficiency can reach 90%. Besides, there are larger than 60 mm refractory insulating material in the gasification chamber, to make the heat of the gasification chamber not easy to spread out, greatly improving the thermal efficiency of the combustion engine .

Water shortage, over temperature etc multiple protection, unique isolation device, and correct using won't cause the danger of tempering. Good effect of heat preservation make the appearance temperature of the biomass combustion engine gasification chamber close to the room temperature, without the risk of scald.
5:) Stable quality, long service life
The inner tank of the gasification chamber is made by unique high temperature resistant heat insulation material, with high temperature oxidation resistance characteristics and stable physical characteristics, and that its service life is five times as long as the common refractory material.

Adopting automatic feeding, coupled with our own full-automatic control panel makes the biomass combustion engine realize one key button operation, with full-automatic operation of blowing (blowing off ashes on the fire grate), feeding, size fire conversion and shutdown. The flame of the combustion engine is stable, and the high temperature period can reach 1300 degrees.
