The carbon black pellet machine can make the carbon black from tire pyrolysis plant into pellets, which can be as fuel for tire pyrolysis equipment, boiler, industrial furnace, the machine is very environmental, energy saving and high output.
The components of the whole process line are screw feeder, magnetic separator, blender, belt conveyor, control panel and pellet machine.
The die of carbon black pellet machine is flat die, which is easy to repair.
There are 4 steps of the producing line.
1.You should put the carbon black powder into the screw conveyor , which can take the materials into the magnetic separator.
2.The magnetic separator can remove the steel wire and iron wire from the carbon black powder .
3.Then add binder into the blender , the blender can mix the materials .
4.The belt conveyor can convey the materials into the pellet machine to get the finished carbon black pellets, which can be used as fuel for boilers replacing oil, coal, natural gas and electricity.
