Specification:
This vertical hydraulic baler is designed for long stroke pressing which is perfect for pressing products like plastic bottles and aluminum cans. It is a must-have piece of equipment for any hollow plastic or can recycling facilities to compress the waste material into tight and compact bales for easy handling, storage, and transportation.
1.Suitable for compress hard plastic, drink bottle, hay, fiber etc.
2.The machine use double cylinder balance compression, special hydraulic system, more stable.
3.High load structure, safety and reliable.
4.Adopt four side door opening type, the bale can be trapped in “#” shape.
5.The dimension of bale can be customized according to loading into containers.
6.U.S. or European standard lock device to ensure the safety of operation staff.
7.Feeding chamber install preventing material rebound device, save time greatly.
8.Adopt England brand sealing parts, improve the life time of oil cylinder.
9.Oil pipe joint adopts conical without gasket form, no oil leakage phenomenon.
