discription of dryer
wet material goes into the feeding hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then through the feeder goes into the feed pipe. the feed pipe slope is greater than the natural inclination of the materials, so that the material can inflow the rotary dryer smoothly.
we can offer cost competetive designs for pilot scale units that process as little as one ton per hour to heavy duty units in excess of 17 foot in diameter that process hundreds of tons per hour.

This device applies to material such as rice shell, saw dust, ground wood chip, tree branch and wood bits, etc (Diameter is less than 3mm; Length, 5mm).
specifications of dryer
1. It is suitable for drying materials of moisture 20-70%.
2. It is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks and so on.
3. It is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper.
4. It reduces the moisture to 8-12%.
