Medium and large size PUXIN soft dome biogas plant is mainly composed of a 100-2000 m3 reinforced concrete tank and an appropriate sized soft dome made with reinforced Membrane. .
Application:
The 100-2000 m3 reinforced concrete tank is casted by an appropriate steel mould developed and manufactured by PUXIN Company. With this steel mould a large size concrete tank can be very easily and quickly made.
The life span of the soft dome made by Red mud reinforced Membrane can reach 15 years. The medium and large size soft dome biogas plant is mainly applied to the livestock (pig, cow, etc.) farms to treat the wastes, or applied to treat organic wastes (food waste, grass, etc.) in large quantity.
For medium and large size PUXIN soft dome biogas plant we sell the steel mould, the soft dome and all the component parts needed to build the biogas plant to our customers, train the technicians for them, and our customers build the biogas plant themselves.

Medium size PUXIN biogas system/ small sewage treatment plant can be used for:

2) Disposal of wastes for medium size livestock farms
3) Disposal of sewage and food waste for departments, factories and schools etc
4) Disposal of waste water and solid waste for food processing plants and brewing plants
The 100m3 steel mould and concrete neck one , It is usd for sewage water treatment and food waste , animal manure treatment to produce biogas fo cooking , lighting ,generate electricity ect.
The medium size biogas system is composed of one or a group of 100 m3 biogas plants formed into a group, the pipe system, the gas purify system and the appliances or electricity generator.
The medium size biogas system is mainly applied to medium size livestock (pig, cow, etc.) plants to treat the waste, or applied to public buildings (hotel, apartment, etc.) to treat sewage and food waste. .
For medium size biogas system we design the biogas system, sell all the equipment and products needed to build the biogas system to our customers, train the technicians for them, and our customers build the biogas application system themselves.
You also need to send a person to our company for about one week’s technical training after you have ordered from us.
Equipment and products / small sewage treatment plant needed to build the medium size biogas system as below:
1) The steel neck mould that is used to build the concrete digester of the 100m3 Puxin biogas plant. The steel neck mould is reusable and can be used over 2000 times, last over ten years.
2) The Glass fiber reinforced plastic outer mould that is used to build the concrete digester of the 100m3 Puxin biogas plant. The Glass fiber reinforced plastic outer mould is reusable.
3) The Glass fiber reinforced plastic inner mould that is used to build the concrete digester of the 100m3 Puxin biogas plant.
4) The glass fiber gasholder that is a components of the 100m3 Puxin biogas plant.
5) The Glass fiber reinforced plastic cover that is a component of the 100m3 Puxin biogas plant.
6) The Desulfurizer that is a device used to purify biogas (to get out H2S from the biogas)
7) The Dehydration that is a device used to purify biogas (to get out H2O from the biogas)

High Efficiency Food Waste Anaerobic Treatment System for restaurant
This product is designed to treat kitchen wastes for restaurants, hotels or residential areas. It is also suitable for food processing plants and supermarkets to treat food wastes.
The product is composed mainly of a food waste shredder, a material collecting tank, a first stage anaerobic reactor, a second stage anaerobic reactor, a sludge storage tank, a biogas storage bag, a Biogas dehydration unit, a biogas desulfurization unit, a biogas pump and the biogas appliance.
The anaerobic reactor is constructed of double layer of stainless steel plates with 5cm thick foam insulation layer installed between, and it has the an electric heater, a temperature controlling device and a mechanic stirring device installed.
