2. flow processes
before we product the tyre rubber powder , we must drawing out the tyre wires from tyre. then enter into following process.
whole tyre cutting into large block-----rough shredding tyre block into piece(50mm-100mm)---medium shredding into smaller one(10mm-20mm)----fine shredding into granule(3mm-5mm)----magnetic separator for thin steel removing-----fiber separator for rubber removing-----grinding into rubber podwer of 40-80mesh ----packing
