Description & Consist of:

the  plastic mixer is used in mixing, drying, colouring and other processing, It is the most ideal equipment for producing shaped plastic profiles and pipes.

  

Properties:

 

1, for mixing plastic power, plastic granule with fomular ingrediants in production of plastic profile and pipes;

2, sealing of mainshaft with national patent(No.ZLP6243064), ensure no material leaking in 3 years at least;

3, two layers of sealing technology is adopted in the pot cover, cover opening of hot mixer is pneumatically,  and use hydraulic system for cover opening of cooling mixer;

4, imported control components and meters are used for auto-control;

5, pulse de-dust system is optional to this mixing system;

6, the paddles have been passed the test of dynamic and static balance testing, with good performance;

7, two heating way: by electricity or by steam.
