the pelletizing machinery is used to granulate the clean PE/PP/BOPP soft materials such as PE/BOPP films and PP bags, it consists of belt conveyor, metal detector, cutting compactor, single-screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, mould, pelletizer, vertical dewatering machine/vibration sieve, blowing system and storage silo.
1, Metal detector: detect the metal in the films or bags, protect the cutting compactor and extruder;
2, Cutting compactor: cut the materials again and make materials shrink by heating, then forced feed the shrunk material into the extruder. for the same capacity, the power consumption is only 50% of the agglomerator;
3, vertical gear box with biger torgue, screw is made of 38CrMoAlA;
4, pillar type hydraulic screen changer: no material leaking phenomenon during the prodcution;
5, Pelletizer: horrizontal design, 2 or 3 or 4 blades design for your choice;
6,ABB inverter, SIEMENS electrical parts,OMRON ter;
7, current supply range: 100~500kg/h lines
