The machine is mainly used in producing pvc, pppe plastic windows & doors, wall boards, ceilings, etc.
Features and application:
Pvc profile production line is suitable to produce pvc profle, multi-hole cable duct(4-hole, 6-hole, 7-hole, 9-hole option). According to the different sectional drawing and molds to choose different concial or parallel twin screw extruder and provide relative vacuum sizing tank, haul-off, cross direction saw cutter, stacker auxiliary equipments. The capacity of main extruder is from 150-450kg/h for option. The haul-off is made by our special up-down technology with the advantages of stable working, good reliability, heavy duty force, etc. The vacuum sizing tank have particular big eddy flow cooling system for cooling and sizing easy for high speed extruding necessary. The action of cross direction saw cutter keep synchronous with haul-off controlled by import PLC controller, resonable design, running stable, auto fixed length cutting, assembled swarf suction device. According to different mold, the vacuum sizing tank could be provided of 4m, 6m, 8m, 11m models, provide parallel twin screw extruder for high speed extruding.
