Axial Flow Fan

 ACF-MA series of axial flows fans is in a cylinder, the outsid view is a cylinder shape.

It can be used for local ventilation.

Adopting axial flow wheel hub type impeller and high temperature resistant motor, the fan is characterized by high efficiency, low noise, reasonable structure, the small size, easy installation.

The ventilation effect is obviously good and safe.

It can be connected with ventilation duct to blow the air to the designated area.

2. Features and construction

ACF Axial flow-fans are specially manufactured for all applications and mounting positions in case size 315 up to 1600 mm diameter.

The performance range is from 1000 up to 230000m³/h on air volume, at total pressure up to 1500 Pa.

Performance curve of the sample applied to conventional axial flaw fans, in the case of sepcial purpose fans, such as high temperature, high pressure, explosion-proof, fire smoke, corrosion resistance, etc., contact with company please.

(1) Casing

Fan case and motor fixing are made of mild steel, all steel parts are hot dip galvanised after manufacturering.

(2) Impellers

Hubs and blades are made of die-cast aluminum alloy, the aerodynamical profile guarantees high efficiency and low noise.

(3) Motors

The fan uses as standard colsed squirrel cage matars rated to IEC34, FF required also in accordance to EPACT.

The standard motors have Class F and endosure IP55.

Continuousoperating ranges from -40℃ to 40 ℃, other operaling conditions on demand.

The motor bearings have a L10 life.
