Specifications
The gravity selector is one of the wheat cleaning equipments which is capable to remove the sand,stones improve the qualityThe sieve body does the reciprocating movement driven by two vibration motors . the connection parts are supported by the spring and the sieve surface is made of wire .
It's perfect equipment for de-stoning with good appearance ,simple transmission,and easy operation ,good performance , less block , adjustable pbliquity and swing of sieve surface .
The gravity selector is composed of housing,sieve adjustive organ,sieve body ,aspiration organ,material inlet case and vibratory device .
Work principle : It's reliable to remove the stones and light impurities on the basis of the defferences in specify gravity and the suspended speed.The dust and the light impurities are carried out by the wind , thanks to the upward airflow . The wheat suspended on the first sieve surface inpours into the outlet , while the sandy wheat falls into the de-stoning sieve surface .Under the reciprocating movements of the acclivitous sieve surface . The stones move to the stone outlet , while the suspended wheat flow to the material outlet under the self-gravity,finally the stone is separated and removed from the wheat .
