TGFY series anti-block air lock is the new product which is developed by Kingoal company.It is mainly used to discharge granule or powder material from the pressure state to the outside atmosphere.It is an important mchine in pneumatic transport,ventilate and air net for dust removing systerm
Machine body is reinforced,and all casting parts(machine body and end cover) adopt aging treatment.It adopts outboard bearing design,in order to prevent bearing from being blocked by the inside material/dust.All machine parts are processed by digital control lathes,so all machine parts,even the impeller,are interchangealbe because of the high precision machining.For TGFY series,the 5L,7L and 9L air lock has the same centre height.So it makes the installation easier
This machine sets a shearing device,which can shearing off the coarse fiber in order to prevent from Blocking.
Assemble the blades in fan types.The larger contacting width and thickness between the blades and machine shell can prolong the working life .
