S49-B vibrating sifter is a kind of mature technology, general and tend to be standardized classic inertia screening equipment. it can meet the requirement of most materials in grading granulated stuffs abd screening out powder and liquid in different operation.It can be equipped with screen cloth cleaning device to avoid clogging effectively.
1.Working principle- Cicular stainless steel vibrator mechanical sifter
The machine is drived by a unbalance motor, which is with variable eccentric weights on both sides of motor shaft, The screening time and movement of material on the screen surface can be controlled by adjusting the angle of the two eccentric weights.

Its stainless steel perforated plate screen deck has been specially designed to provide‘safe areas’ for product loading and reject discharge. The special pellet deck works in complete harmony with gentle vibration and guarantees total removal of ‘longs’from the fine powder.A second lower deck can be fitted if required, utilising a woven wiremesh for the removal of dust and fines.
