It can be stored transformer oil temporarily and oil vacuum filtration operation. It can greatly reduce the use of heavy steel tank for transportation costs and maintenance costs. The 3e-GFT2 tank can be folded, light weight, tank insulation, and also greatly reduced the maintenance and operation of the labor intensity and personal safety.
Especially in the underground substation operation, to better reflect its advantages.
The tank is made by material of reinforced fabric with TPU(Thermoplastic Polyurethane) coated. It has great tensile strength. All through high frequency welding seam. The outer surface of the material with anti-UV function, in bad weather conditions have a long life. Specialized coating the inner surface of the material resistant to transformer oil coating, thus ensuring long-term immersion in transformer oil, the material does not pollute the oil.
3e-GFT2 tank after the oil tank was full of pillow shape. Inlet valve, a valve installed in the top and bottom of the tank and form a diagonal structure.This structure is easy to clean and the residual emission.
Features:
1,Save oil purification time: The Inlet and Outlet valves size:DN50 are located at the opposite ends of the tanks diagonal. During oil purification, there are usually some blind spots at the corners of the oil tank. The diagonal structure will help to reduce the oil purification time.
2, Easy and convenient to discharge oil: Since the outlet is located at the side of the tank, it is easy to discharge the oil.
3, Auto Air Exhaustion: there is an auto-air-exhaustion vent (3kPa threshold)located in the middle of the tank on the top, so that the workers do not need to manually vent out the air in the tank.
4, The unique coin drain port(option)at the bottom of the tank: if necessary, your can use this drain port to let out the sewage oil(suggestion it will be installed in the more than 40000 liters capacity tanks).
5, Light in weight and small in size.
