Poultry ventilation fan is a kind of centifugal ventilation fan , poultry farm wall-mounted ventilation fan, exhaust fan ,poultry cooling fan,galvanized steel poultry exhaust fan
1.Frame : The frame was one time punched by advanced automatic process, thicker zinc coat make it corrosive resistance.
2.Bearing : The bearing was made of aviation aluminum magnesium alloy, hot casting molding, light weight, high strength, and good tension.
3.blade : Six new design stainless steel blades were made in one time punch. No distortion, no fracture, attractive and durable. The angle is reasonable, so small noise and big wind capacity,
4.shutter: made of high strength hot dip galvanized sheet, the special shutter automatically open device (special push-pull device), ensure to open and close completely, so the shutter windproof, rainproof and dustproof.
5.Motor : Double bracing (E style) belt transporter. High performance national standard fan motor , the voltage is 380v.
6.Belt : Imported belt type B, no distortion and long work time, no need of maintain during whole life time.
7.adjuster : Automatic adjuster with aluminum-magnesium alloy materials, abrasive molding frame, no deformation, long service life, the use of belt tension inside, effectively prevent reverse twist of belT
8.Eight strict quality testing; noise testing, vibrationtesting, static balance testing, dynamic balance testing, turning concentric performance testing, fan speed detection testing, machine efficiency testing.
