1.Silo/Manpower hopper main feed line system:
1).Function: Main stock line deliver system is to transmit the feed outside shed to the hopper of
feeding system inside,control system indicates delivery system to work automatically.
2).Silo:Feed of poultry raising farm is stored in the silo, so as to save large amount of package,
and also to ensure the health of feed.

Regulating stability, high switching performance, water supply is sufficient& equality, recoil cleaning with good cleaning result and can save time and water. |
Doser |
Can add medicine into drinking system automatically. Don’t use power, it’s economic and reliable. Accurate, after setting, it can adjust medicine volume according to water pressure change. Its easy to control and maintain with good corrosion resistance. |
4.Automatic ventilation system:
The main parts of ventilation system is the big fan and small fan. They are controlled by the control
system. The NO. of the fans to run was decided by the temperature of the poultry house.
Some clients choose butterly fly cone fan (tunnel ventilated fans) base on local climate.

5.Cooling pad system:
Evaporative cooling pad system works in the condition of negative pressure, the cooling pad is
installed on one side of the wall, fan installed other side. When air flow through cooling pads,
the water evaporation absorbs a lot amount of heat.

6.Spray & disinfecting system(Fogging system):
Function:It is effectively tools for cooling, damping, dedusting, disinfecting the house.
Installtion layout for fogging system:
1) There are three foggy lines in standard house,and each nozzle with two spraying hole every 3m to
ensure spray into every corner
2) Side pipe is anti-high pressure PE pipe and able to endure high pressure of 100kg,anti-corrosive
3) Main pipe is made of anti high pressure copper tube,from which two ways are divided,to ensure
homogeneou atomizing granule everywhere under identical spraying pressure.
7. Environment control system for breeder house:
Imported from Israel T607, T616, Image II/China brand UBT-2000 can set an optimum working mode
according to the local climate and raising environment. This system saves the labor and the resources
under the condition of assuring the optimum growth.
Environment controller, power distribution box, main&deputy control box are included in this system.
8.Breeder house heating system(Heater):
Heating poultry house when it is needed to satisfy the temperature demand of chickens at different
growth stage. Hot blast heater of coal or diesel can heat the whole chicken house, gas brooder will
heat the day old chick. Please kindly confirm us which type you will use.
9.Egg nest (12 hole automatic egg nest/24 hole manual egg nest/ egg nest plastic pad):
1) To adapt to any installation of sheds
2) Disinfected thoroughly easy to avoid the spread of the disease
Packaging&Shipping--breeder automatic feeding system
- Feeder pan: unassembled, in carton box;
- Feeding pipe: 20pcs per bunch, in bulk;
