poultry chicken feeding system (Broiler):
1.High-quality special driving reduction motor:
Power:0.75kw, `1.1kw,1.5kw, base on your chicken shed length.(Max Length:150m).
Voltage:380V/220V three phase or 220V, single phase, base on your local voltage.
Frequency: 50HZ/60hz
2.V-shaper Bin(with hopper):
Bin volume: 115L, Material: hot-dip galvanized sheet. Material thickness: 1mm
3.Feeding system:
Diameter of conveying pipe: 45mm (4-pan/3m, 3pan/3m).
Material: hot-dip galvanized sheet pipe with the zinc coating amount of more than 275 square meter .
Helical spring auger from South Africa feeding capacity:450kg/h.
4.Feed sensor from Isreal:
time delay range 0 to 2 hours.

Main features:
1).Outside adjustment feed pan has 6 gears of feed amount, and the other kinds has 13 gears.
2).Feed pan slide switch could adjust feed flow until it is filled.
3).Outside adjustment feed pan is more convenient, accurate and quick to adjust feed flow, the operation
is to hand by the outside grids and rotate up and down.
4).Pan bottom can be disassembled on the ground, working for day-old chickens.
5).V-pan plate design can reduce feed storage on bottom, so birds can always eat fresh feed. The design
can also prevent birds from staying too long on the plate.
6).The edge of pan plate tilt towards the center, which can avoid waste of food.
7).The smooth edge can prevent the craw of birds from hurting and make sure safety and comfort feeding.
8).Feed pan installation has fixed type or swing type.

4). Feeding capacity: average 12.5 birds/pan.
5). 16 grills width of 40-52mm divide into 11 files, suitable for all the different varieties and day-old broiler breeder
feeding needs.
6). Feed hole height of 70mm,80mm,90mm three files. when feed hole width be 52mm, height be 80mm, chicks
can in&out freely.
7). Feed pan capaicty: 16 grades files, 200-630g/pan, which can meet the demand of chicken feed in different stages.
8).Pull switch design, can switch eahc pan easily.
9).Bottom of the pan is hanging pan bottom, take down easily. when washing is not all removed, convient&healthy
when installed.
