Main parts of Automatic nipple drinking line system include:
Filter, pressure regulator, nipple drinking line, lifting and suspensionsystem, electric shock system etc.
Nipples for the system:
1). Use good quality engineering plastic for outer, for the inner, we use good quality stainless steel.
All nipples are anti-rusting, service life over 10 years.
2). Double-sealing structure, with good seal ability, can avoid to effect the chicken house for leaking.
3). Valve rod is movable in 360degree, it's suitable for all chicken to drink.

Broiler: 8-12/nipple
Reserve layer:12/nipple
Reserve turkey:20/nipple
Duck:10/nipple
Breeder:10/nipple
Lifting and suspension system:
Correct height for drinking system is very important for chiecken (both higher and lower can effect chicken
bone's distortion, it's bad for chicken growth, and also can have some water wasting), it's very easy to adjuct
drinking system's height if use this system.
Water display level tube:
Use high transparency & impact resistant material, it's sturdy and durable, and convient to watch water level.
This device with advanced design, it's very easy to take down and clean.

Front part of drinking system:
Front part is controller of water, it's main function is to adjust water supplying pressure and stabilizing
drinking volume.This part is usually installed in control room.
-Pressure regulator: make sure to supply stable water to drinking line. Anti-backlish device can discharge
the impurity in pipe.
-Filter: main function is to clean water and avoid blocking nipple.
-Water meter: to measure water usage volume.
-Doser: can add medicine exactly to prevent disease.
