JLF series weight balance type fan Description

Products Features:
1) Fan Frame: made from highly galvanized steel sheets in order to assure highest strength and strong resistance to corrosion.
2) Blade: 6 pieces stainless steel blades and the fan has all passed the experiment of homeostasis with big air volume, without deformation n, no breaking, attractive and durable.
3) Belt Pulley: The V type belt pulley is aluminum magnesium alloy injection moulded, light weight, high-strength.
4) Bearing: France imported bearing, high intensity, low noise, long service life.
1.OUTLINE BORDER
The outline border was one time punch by advanced automatic process, thicker zinc coat make it corrosive resistance. There are water holes on the bottom of the frame.
2.HUB The hub was made of aviation aluminum magnesium alloy, hot casting molding, light weight, high strength, and good tensile.
3.BLADE Six new design stainless steel blades were made in one time punch. No distortion,no fracture, attractive and durable. The figure’s angle is reasonable, so small noise and big wind capacity, the safety is very good.
4. Shutter made of high strength hot dip galvanized sheet, the special shutter automatically open device (special push-pull device), ensure to open and close completely, so the shutter can open 90°at any times and windproof, rainproof and dust proof. 5. MOTOR Double bracing (E style) belt transporter. High performance national standard fan motor with CCC certificate, the voltage is 380v. Protection class: IP54. Insulation Class: F 6. BELT Imported belt type B, no distortion and long work time, no need of maintain during whole life time.
