We utilize automatic machines and large-scale mold to manufacture silos, ensuring the standardization and accuracy of every component and convenience for installation.
We select fine-quality corrugted hot-galvanized steel plate from domesitic famous steel plate factories.All steel plats are passivation treated,with zn-coating thickness no less than 275 gram per square meter,corrosion proof,high strength and long life span.
Stainless steel and galvanized sheet, thermal performance is good, high temperature
70 °C, low temperature - 50 °C, good flame retardancy.
All the screws used in the silos are all hot and high-intensive galvanized(level 8.8,and M10).The horizontal and vertical gaps are sealed with plaster,which makes the silos quite stable and able to prevent itself from wind and rain.
Tower wall with smooth processing, discharge conveniently.
Tower body place such as steel support for fabricated, galvanized or paint anti-corrosion. All fasteners parts use galvanized or stainless steel bolt.
Silo ladder stair is strong and slip resistant,assembled with guard rail to ensure safety,
thus more humanistic.
