Product Description

	Reasonable cone design, improve exhaust power. Large air volume,strong draft capacity , stable performance. Adopt aluminum alloy shutters which are light and attractive.
	Shutter and frames are all made of 275g/sqm zinc-coating hot galvanized steel sheet. Housing and cone part are 1.0mm thick, shutters are 0.45mm thick.
	Fan blade is made of Krupp stainless steel by punch forming, no dust, attractive and durable. Special blades shape design ensure large air volume, no deformation, no broken, keep air volume same all the way. Thickness 1.2mm, surface finish BA grade.
	Fan belt pulley is made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting which reduces the weight of blade impeller complete, high corrosion resistance.
	Adopt Japanese Mitsuboshi belt.
	Fan bearing adopts imported double-row bearing with special waterproof design. High strength, lower noise, maintenance free and long service life.
	Blades support and protection net are both 275g/sqm hot galvanized. Protection net also have spraying treatment.
	Fan blades are adjusted by intelligent dynamic-balance tester, ensure the fan smooth running, lower vibration, less noise, increase stability.
	Complete new CNC production line improved fan quality up to top grade, aesthetic appearance.
