Application Range of automatic chicken house temperature control syste
Evaporative cooling pad Features:
1) Corrugated paper with the spatial crossing linking technology, high absorbability, high water resistant, anti-mildew and long service life.
2) Large evaporation area, cooling efficiency as high as 80%.
3) The product absorbs water naturally, with fast speed of pervasion and lasting effectiveness. One drop of water can diffuse within 4~5 seconds. The natural absorption height is 60~70mm/5minutes, as 200mm/1.5 hours, having reached international standard.

Reduce Temperature by “Pad-Fan” System
Why “pad-fan” system is necessary?
Generally speaking, the best environment for growth is in the temperature of 20-25℃ and in the humidity of 50-75%. In hot summer, the temperature in the greenhouse can be 10-20℃ higher than external temperature, which harms the growth a lot or even burns the plants.
By long time development, we finally got an efficient, stable and economic way to cool the greenhouse in hot weather—The “Pad-Fan” system.
How it works?
This “pad-fan” system reduces the temperature by evaporation. It consists of cooling pad, pump and exhaust fans with high volume. The cooling pad is corrugate shaped, which has great capability to absorb enough moisture. When the external hot air goes through the cooling pad, the evaporation occurs on the pad surface and creates cool and wet air, which finally cools the entire greenhouse.
What the result can be?
The higher the outside temperature, the better cooling effect it can be.
For example, if the outside temperature is above 35℃,the inside one can be around 10℃ lower.
If the outside temperature is around 30℃, the inside one can be around 5℃ lower, and so forth.
