1.Brief Introduction of the biomass charcoal making machine
This machine is used to make the biomass powder into briquettes with different shapes as customers’ requirements.It can produce hollow hexagonal or quadrangular cylinder charcoal stick with different diameters from agro-forestry wastes. It is designed as the GMP standard, with the stainless steel externality, the non-obstacle operation and maintain, the smart figuration, the security alarm system and noiseless featureless.The Charcoal is popularly used heat boiler, fireplace, cooking and household heating.
2.Working Principle of biomass charcoal making machine :
Briquette machine uses a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature.In the briquetting process lignin serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together,thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into various moulds of high density briquette, such as hexagonal, quadrangular, square,etc. As your requirement, we can also change the shape to order. And the diameter of briquettes are from 50-80 mm. Moreover non-binder needs to be used during this process
3. The raw material for the biomass charcoal making machine
Sawdust, crop straw, wood branches, rice hull, bamboo sawdust, peanut shell, coconut shell, sunflower shell, furfural dregs, cotton stalks, corn stalks, sesame straw, corncob and so on

6 The process for producing of charcoal
1 | Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm) |
2 | Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12% |
3 | Put the material into feed let of briquette machine |
4 | Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive |
5 | Carbonized the briquette stick |
7 Finished Product of charcoal making machine
After the processing of drying, compressing under the high pressure and temperature, the biomass briquette is characterized by high density, small in size, better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood. This bio-fuel briquette is 50-70mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder with a 15-20mm hole through the body.
