Automatic Creaming-filling egg roll wafer machine    

Intruduction for  wafer machine

This machine is cooperated with one slurry mixer, one baking mainframe, two feeders, two fillers and one cooling conveyor.

firstly mixing material evenly, then translating to the baking mainframe ,after baking, using a spatula wiping additional softer material away, making them circled on the surface of rollers (here are double-stage core rollers for you), then cutting the material in a target length, translating to the cooling conveyor and collecting them by a notch .

The baking mainframe that using gas heating is full-automatically integrated with the auto- ignition, auto-alarm then auto-(power cut off), auto-controlment of temper,all these make the best effective use of power and energy.

This whole egg roll production line is managed by PLC Programming system, for the baking mainframe, it is controlled by frequency converter, suitable adjustment of flour material’s thickness is available .

users can change the egg roll’s diameter by change the core rollers, also can change the core rollers’ speed by frequency converter, for the egg roll’ length , it is cut by Optical Sensor system.

This egg roll can center-fill whole cream or other core material, also can just center-fill only a part of core material. in the good faith, Free recipe is available.
