Cooling pad is made of corrugate fiber paper by special chemical treatment,corrosion resistant and long service life. Water evenly covers the surface of paper curtain. Under the negative pressure formed by the opposite ventilator outdoor air gets through the wet sreens, achieving the purpose of cooling . Fine infiltration and water absorption to ensure the same temperature in the house. Our company have several kinds of the materials of the outer frame including aluminium alloy, galvanize board, PVC and galvanized iron in order to meet different requirements of different customers. Besides, customers have different need of the thickness of the cooling pad, so we provide two styles:10cm&15cm with the corresponding frames.

6. Special spatial structure provides the largest evaporation surface area for heat exchange of water and air. Large evaporation area, efficiency as high as 80%.
7. Fine filtration can protect efficiently against the particulates in the air.
8. Various colors: brown, brown +black coating, brown +green and green for your choice.
9. The frame can be made of aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet, and the dimensions can be customized according to customer’s requirements.
10. Can be combined with exhaust fan to form stereoscopic ventilating and cooling system, which is the most inexpensive and effective cooling equipment in sweltering fields.
11. The cooling pads that we manufacture are widely used as the medium of humidification and cooling in industrial fields, civil fields & agricultural fields, such as mines, textile workshops, warehouses, stores, supermarkets, large farms, livestock farms, gardening and flower/vegetable greenhouses.
