DOING Company wood chipper is used for processing wood logs or tree branches into 20mm-40mm wood chips for various wood products industries and plants. Known as wood cutting machine, it belongs to wood processing equipment series. Wood chipper is widely used in particleboard mill, medium or high-density fiberboard factory, biomass power plant, wood pellet plants and other industrial production factories.
Features of drum wood chipper :
This machine has advanced design and structure, processing high quality wood chips.
It is consist of main machine, knife roller, knife blades, feeder, conveyor, hydraulic pressure system, etc. Machine body is welded by high strength steel plate forming the integrated support base.
Knife roller with 2-4 knifes which can be adjusted up and down based on the thickness of wood chips required. Qualified chips come down through the screener and outlet, but big block will return to crushing room for second processing.

Working principles of drum wood chipper :
According to the thickness of the different raw material, top feeding roll can move up and down with the help of hydraulic system. The qualified final product will be discharged from the sieve and then out of the base, the bigger pieces will be crushed in the machine again.
