Product Description
1. FFB palm fruit Storage
Measuring the Fresh Palm fruit bunch by the pound room, after measuring, the palm fruit bunch will be stored in the slopes for fruit.
2. FFB palm fruit sterilizer:
Put FFB palm fruit in the sterilizer to sterilize the palm fruit bunch in a closing tank. The aim of sterilizing is to prevent the enzyme's decomposition in case the rate of free fatty acid increasing further, easy to thresh, pretreatment peel, prepare for the subsequent processing, reduce the breakage of kernel.
3. FFB palm fruit Threshing section
The purpose of threshing is to separate palm seeds from the fruit bunch through strong vibration, Threshing equipment is revolving drum thresher. The oil palm seeds separated be ejected then go into the press/mill section.
The empty fruit bunch be ejected to the yard from the other side of the revolving drum, or shipped out from the plant as palm orchards slipcover for reusing, or burning in the locale as fertilizer for agricultural land.
4. Palm seeds crushing section
Palm seeds crushing project is to crush the palm seeds, make the palm seeds suitable for press/mill machine.
5. Palm seeds pressing/milling section
The palm seeds after r into continuous screw press for pressing. Oil palm fruit pressed is divided into two parts: oil, water, solid impurities mixture and the press cake (fiber and nuclear). Oil, water, solid impurities mixture by the crude oil gutter inflow to oil purification section; press cake by breaking screw conveyor into the fiber- recovery section
6. Crude Palm Oil Clarification section
The Crude palm oil which extracted from the palm red oil mill first diluted with water washing, through settlement and filtration, remove the fiber material from the crude palm oil, and then carry on settlement, here will divide into two parts: palm oil and sediment. Palm oil by centrifugal separation and through vacuum drying pumped into the storage tank for storing; Palm oil sediment by filtration and dirt palm oil separation, red palm oil will process second settlement, dirt oil mixture process clarification separation, Skim oil then go to a second settlement, sewage will go to the sewage pool and process them.
7. Crude red palm oil refining plant
Finished crude oil is NOT suitable for cooking, and the taste of the red palm oil is not so good, so if you want to get edible/cooking palm oil, then you shoulg go with refining process to get more clean and healthy palm oil.
The palm oil refining process include five process which is as below.
1. Crude Palm oil degumming process,
2. Crude Palm oil deacidification/neutralization process
3. Crude Palm oil decoloring/bleaching process
4. Crude Palm oil deodorization/distillation (deodorising unit) process
5. Crude palm fractionation plant
After these process, then you can get high quality edible oil for cooking.
Some of the country is not so strict on the quality of palm oil, then the palm oil fractionation plant is needless.
