Working principle of feed pellet machine
Pellet machine is one of the biomass molding equipment.
It can make powdered biomass materials into pellets.
The starting materials for the production of pellets are pressed by the pressing roller in the matrix.
Due to the pressure and friction in the matrix, the starting materials are heated to a high temperature (nearly 60~80 °C). As a result of pressure and temperature increasing, the materials were compressed into pellets. The output pellets will have very high strength after cooling.
Wood pellet machine
Wood pellet machine is mainly used for wood, straw, cotton stalk, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo, empty fruit bunch, pulverized coal or waste paper, ect.
There are two kinds of wood pellet machine: ring die & flat die.

Q1. Does this machine can make wood pellets?
Answer: This machine can make both wood pellets and feed pellets. When making feed pellets, it performs better and the capacity is bigger.
Q2. What are the spare parts for the 9PK series pellet machine?
Answer: The spare parts for this machine are one die and two rollers.
Q3. How often should I change the spare parts?
Answer: The longlife time of the die and rollers is 1500 hours at least. It needs to change the easy weared parts every five months. If maintained and used well, the parts can be used about EIGHT months or more.
Q4. How often would the machine need to be serviced?
Answer: Every three months is the best for the machine.
Q5. Does the raw materials require any additives to aid in the forming of the pellets?
Answers: It doesn't need to add any additives to aid in the forming of pellets. The only thing you need to do is to control the moisture of the raw materials properly.
Q6. What's the warrantee time?
Answer: One year for main machine, except the spare parts.

Q2: The machine works well, but it can not make pellets, it is hard to form pellets. What can I do?
Answer: If the moisture is too high or too low, it is hard to form pellets. It would be better if the moisture is between 13-25%, and the moisture depends on the raw materials. Different raw materials, different moisture.
Q3. How can I make shining wood pellets without any additive?
Answer: Control the moisture of raw material. Proper moisture can help you make beautiful pellet. Or try to add some waste oil, the oil can help the pellets forming and make the pellet machine life longer.
Q4. The capacity becomes smaller after a period of time use, why?
Answer: Probably because the gap between die and rollers is too big. Please decrease the gap between die and rollers. Or it is because the moisture of raw materials is too low. Add some water to increase water content.
Q5. The machine stops suddenly during working.
Answer: There must be a big, hard foreign object or metal enter the machine, please cut off the power and get the object or metal out of machine.
