China new product drying machine for animal feed | microwave feed drying machine
Microwave drying equipment by using the principle of water molecules absorb microwave, the rapid movement of water molecules heat to evaporate moisture, the microwave drying equipment is mainly used in the feed powder and dehydration drying of granular materials, such as slag, sugar, animal feed, etc.
Applications:
1. For drying granule and strip-shaped products in Food,Chemical and Pharmaceutical industry ;
2. Drying temperature: RT-140 degree C (adjustable)
3. Drying capacity: 10-500 kg/batch
4. Heat supply can be steam,electricity,hot water,hot oil and oil/gas/coal/biomass fired hot air generator.
Working principle:
DY seires single belt dryer is a continuous convection chamber dryer. After wet material is evenly spread over the drying belt, the moving belt transports the wet material through a drying chamber in which hot air is circulating. Hot air flow evenly penetrates through the wet material for heat transfer and carry away the evaporated moisture. When the wet material reaches the other end, it will be dried for discharging. The following picture shows how steam-heated single belt dryer works.
Technical advantages:
1) Wide applications: Belt dryer is specially designed for drying those wet material which need long residence time. The moving speed of the belt is controlled by inverter and the velocity can be displayed on control panel. The residence time can be 5-30 minutes to meet the drying requirements of different material and moisture content.
2) Energy-saving: Different hot air circulation type can be designed based on the natures of wet material for energy-saving.
3) Uniform drying: Hot air distributor, hot air deflector and perforated plate are equipped to make sure the hot air flow in each circulation loop is stable and uniform. The temperature difference is within 2 ℃inside the drying zone. So the drying is very uniform.
4) Environment friendly working condition: The hot air is flow downwards to penetrate through the material to prevent dust.
5) Easy operation and maintenance: The whole drying system is highly automatic. The simple but practical design can not only reduce production cost but also the maintenance and repair cost.
6) Food grade design: The drying chamber is made by 1.5mm SUS304 plate. (structure frame is made carbon steel Q235) Fully welded without dead corners. The drying belt and support rollers are made by SUS304 to meet food grade requirement.
7) Man-machine friendly control panel: The control panel is touch screen with PLC control system. The temperature of each drying zone is separately controlled. Each electrical heating tube has advanced self-checking function for failure warning.
