1.used oil refinery equipment main function:
Used oil refinery equipment is used for recycling waste cookinto high quality cooking oil. It is make the dark color and smell crude oil to colorless and odorless salad oil.

Batch type used oil refinery equipment: 1-30 tons per 24 hrs.
Semi-comtinuous type used oil refinery equipment:10-50 tons per 24 hrs.
Continuous type used oil refinery equipment: 20-600 tons per 24 hrs.

Crude Oil--Hot water--Degumming--Oil Foot--Alkali liquor--Deacidfying--Soap Stock--
Activeted Clay--Decoloring --Waste Clay--Deodorizing--Dewaxing--Wax--Refined Oil
Functions of main parts:
Degumming:To remove the colloid soluble impurities, and prepare for the subsequent refining process.
Deacidfying:To remove the free fatty acid in the crude oil.
Decoloring: To remove the pigment in the crude oil by adding active clay, so that can improve the oil quality.
Deodorizing:To remove the odor in the oil, so that can improve the flavor, stability, color and quality of the oil.
Dewaxing:To renmove the wax in the oil and improve the quality of the oil. It is suitable for further refining sunflower oil,corn oil and rice bran oil etc.
