1. Introduction of sunflower seeds oil pressing/mill machine line
(1) Function: The pressing production line is used to make oil seeds to crude oil.
(2) Use range: Our production line is suitable for all kinds of oilseeds, such as soybean,sunflower seed, peanut, rice bran, rapeseed, sesame, cottonseeds, etc.
(3) Pressing production line includes pretreatment equipments and pressing equipment.
Pretreatment equipments which is pretreating the raw material include: shelling equipment, separating equipment, cleaning, flaking roll.
Pressing equipments which is pressing the raw material into crude oil include: cooker and screw press machine.
There are three main sections to make cooking oil:
Cotton seed pretreatment section, cotton oil extraction section and cotton oil refinery and dewaxing section. The flow chart is as following:
Raw material(cotton seed)→magnetic separation→shelling(husking)→crishing → Flaking → cooking → Pressing → solvent extraction plant→refining plant→dewaxing/winterization workshop/line → high quality product oil

Advantages of the pretreatment and screw press machine
(1) Our shelling equipment has a high output and save power.
(2) Separating equipments can remove the impurities and stones. This part can improve the quality of oil and protect the other machines.
(3) Flaking roll is used to make raw materials to cake. This process can increase the oil yield rate. Our flaking roll is easy to operate and saves power.
(4) Cooker can destroy the cell of oilseeds and balance the moisture of cake.
(5) Screw press machine is the main part of prepressing equipment. It is related to the quality and output rate of oil. We use a new technology to improve the yield rate and prevent the oil to returning to the dry cake.
