Cast Iron Pig Slats Floor With 600*1100mm

 Our products' advantages are the followings:

1 Our cast iron slat has no sharp edges. All the surface and areas between the bars are being deburred. Our special advantage of the slat is that behind each bar it is arc, not T-style directly which is easy to hurt pig's nipples. Please see attached photos FYR.

2 Our finished product's material is QT450-10 in Chinese way of speaking which is the same quality as GGG50 in Europe. It has the advantages of high ductility, toughness, corrosion resistance and long life for use. And the single steel pressure is more than 550Pa.

3  We have at least four times to control the quality:

Firstly, checking the rough casting products(before sand washing away);

Secondly, sub sampling inspection(before the deburring);

Thirdly, complete inspection(during checking the flatness);

Lastly, finished product inspection(after twice painting, inner one is red antirust paint and outer one is black paint for the surface). Pls see attached photos.
