1.APLICATION :
JM series colloid mill is a new equipment for wet superfine processing, applicable to
all types of emulsion homogenization, emulsification, crushing, and extensive use of food
(jam, fruit juice, milk, dairy products, beverage, pharmaceutical (syrup), nutrition, medicine,
pharmacy paste etc.), chemical (toothpaste, cosmetics detergent, etc.) and chemical
(pigments, dyes, paints, lubricants, petroleum catalyst agent) and flotation, such as
emulsion explosive production use.
2. STRUCTURE OF THE MACHINE :
JM colloid mill is divided into vertical, horizontal, split and other types of specifications,
mainly composed of a grinding head, base transmission, motors of three parts.
The same material contact parts are made of high quality stainless steel, dynamic
and static grinding is the key parts of the machine, according to the property of the
material is different, different tooth plates, but the material are made of stainless steel
tool manufacturing. In need of special design of motor by colloid mill, and in the motor
flange end cover is equipped with water retaining plate, waterproof.
3. WORKING PRINCIPLE
The basic working principle of shear colloid mill, grinding and high-speed stirring effect. Ground on two tooth surface relative motion, in which a high-speed rotation, another rest, between the tooth surface of the material by shear
stress and friction greatly, while in the high frequency vibration, high speed vortex and
other complex force makes the material effectively disperse, emulsification, crushing,
homogenizing.
