General Description:

Cylinder dryer is one of the traditional drying equipment. The dryer could be reliable working and has great flexibility, big capacity. It is widely applied to drying of metallurgy ,chemical industry, miner, agriculture, fodder, fertilizer industry, building materials,chemical industry,coal washing, sand, clay, kaolin, sand , powder, granular material etc. The diameter of dryer is between φ600-φ4000, the length is decided by the dry degree. The center of cylinder dryer could avoid the tiny granule, which is from the drying cylinder after being thrown up and down on the shoveling plate. The drying area of the roller is bigger, could let the material fully contact with the hot air and been dried.

 

Operation Principle:

Drum dryer heat from burning device, the dryer adopts downstream type heating mode. So need to dry the material, from the feed tank, feed sneak into the cylinder, and is the spiral copy board after towards. Tilt place due to the dryer, material in gravity and rotary mean backend on one hand, on the other hand the material being repeatedly grabbed, copy board to top constantly raise and down, again make curtain material inside the drum forming uniform, sufficient heat exchange with tube in the heat flow, repeatedly Yang, because of the material contained in water gradually become dry, thus achieve the purpose of drying.

Roller dryer has a big capacity, low cost and energy consumption.It is heat-resistant, could let the hot airflow dry the material rapidly. The machine has a flexible capacity. There is no need to change the equipment even if the production is little bigger.With the match of adjustable tug structure and hoop, attention and energy consumption has been reduced sharply. The block wheel structure also cut the thrust brought by the inclination of the machine in working. The cylinder roller could always operate stability, with the capacity of anti-overload.
