The Green Environmental-protection Carbonization furnace uses fruitwood,weedtree and mechanism carbon rod which made by agricultural & forestry wastes(like woodchip,offcut,straw,husk,corn stalk,sorghum stalk,cotton stalk etc.)as raw materials.The final product-charcoal has high quality becasue of the advanced tech.No dirty and tar will be produced during the whole process.All emission meets the national standards.The biomass charcoal has very wide usages.First,it can be used for BBQ and supplying heat for living houses etc.Second,it can be bery good soilamendment,which can improve the environmental effect of soil.Third,it also can be made into active carbon.
The carbonization process is simple.There will be 3-4 carts with rail and engine,1 set of carbonization furnace with 2 carbonization rooms.First,full 2 carts with biomass raw materials.Move them into the carbonization rooms.Close the doors and start the furnace.The 2 rooms will be in drying process at the first time.And need to burn some biomass wastes for natural gas to support.After several hours when the materials are dry,one of the rooms will turn into carbonization mode.And the gas fuel produced during the carbonization procress will be sent back to support heat.The time the room finishes the carbonization process,open its door and move out the cart.Wait until its cool down and then can pick up the charcoal.And at this time,move in another cart of fresh mateiral into the room to start drying.Also another room will begin carbonization process.The whole cycle is repeated.
