Energy-saving no-smoke small biomass woodchip/husk/straw gasification generation power machine
This gasification stove is a type of environmental-friendly machine,with modern appearance and special design.The biomass materials can be wood chip,wood shaving,wood pellet,building template,agricultural&forestry waste(like forestry scrap,straw,husk etc.)broken shell,fruit slice etc.All these biomass materials can be gasified into high-temperature gas through advanced pyrolysis tech.During the whole process,it can load and discharge automatically and continuously for 24h.With high automation,easily operation and automatically loading&discharging,the gasification stove can supply gas stably.
The biggest advantage is ,there is no sewage and no tar let out.It’s cost of running is lower than biomass pellet consuming machines,about 1/2 of it.
Application
Advantages of gasification stove
1.In structure,it combines the gasification room with chain belt grate stoker.And high temperature can make the tar fully split,also generate the gas fuel stably.This gasification stove is suitable for supporting boiler,forging,steel rolling,Aluminum melting and other kinds of heating furnaces.
2.With the high degree of automation,easily operation,this type of gasification can feed and discharge automatically.Forming a cycle of continuous loading and discharging system,and ensure that the gasification stove can run stably and safely.
3.Various kinds of biomass materials can be used as fuel.Wood chip.wood shaving, or building template and agricultural&forestry waste can be the biomass fuel materials.There is no need to crush them into powder,just cut them into rod or piece shape.
4.Much lower in the cost of production,only accounts for 1/2 of the biomass pellet consuming machines.
5.Much safer because the gasification stove adopting high-standard and high-quality auxiliary machines,with automatic-controlled system,makes the operation safer and maintenance more convenient.
